Abstract

Conscious male Wistar SPF Riv:TOX rats were dosed intravenously with 2.5, 5, or 10 mg/kg rac-propranolol.HCl, or with 5 mg/kg of either (-)-(S)- or (+)-(R)-propranolol.HCl.
