Neurotoxicological profile of actoprotector bromantane was studied on rats using S. Irwin's protocol of multi-test observation. The drug in doses of 30-300 mg/kg stimulated and in doses of 600-9600 mg/kg suppressed behavioral activity. Spontaneous motor activity increased after single treatment with bromantane in doses of 30-300 mg/kg, did not change after treatment in doses of 600 mg/kg, and was inhibited after treatment in doses above 600 mg/kg. In doses of 300-600 mg/kg the drug reduced pain…
The Pharmacology of Actoprotectors: Practical Application for Improvement of Mental and Physical Performance
TLDR
The history of actoprotectors’ development, their pharmacological properties, mechanism of action, and practical application to the improvement of mental and physical performance are explored.
Characterization and toxicity of a phosphate-binding exobiopolymer produced by Acinetobacter haemolyticus MG606.
TLDR
The results of the study suggest that composition of EBP produced by A. haemolyticus MG606 is distinct from E BP produced by other Acinetobacter spp.
An in vitro study of low-frequency ultrasound transmission through a musculoskeletal fragment of the thoracic cage
Low-frequency ultrasound transmission through a musculoskeletal fragment of thoracic cage was studied in vitro. The degree of ultrasound attenuation during noninvasive transthoracic application was
