iRICANS have always had a love affair with panacea pills for society's ills. Witness mandatory public school at tendance, social welfare legislation, or even "the bomb" to stop all wars. Is it little won der, then, that education should try to design its own panacea pills? One such pill may be team teaching. The questions at hand are: What is team teaching? How effective is it? Is it a cure-all for educators?
