PURPOSE Transformed mycosis fungoides (MF) and Sézary syndrome (SS) are currently incurable. We studied the safety and efficacy of total skin electron beam with allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation (HSCT) in patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL).
