The purpose of the current study was to evaluate the long-term results of the Kinematic I condylar prosthesis with retention of the posterior cruciate ligament. One hundred sixty-eight total knee arthroplasties in 118 patients (mean age, 65.2 years; range, 21-88 years) were inserted with cement, an all-polyethylene patella, metal-backed tibia, and posterior cruciate ligament retention.
