One of the more amusing, and graphic, publicity images of Eli Roth features him lying on a mattress, dressed only in a white tank top. He seductively looks out at us, his left hand raised and curled around a key while his right hand, adorned with a skull ring, lays just at the top of his right leg, his fingertips grazing the side of giant prosthetic testicles and penis.
