This paper constitutes part four of the series on Tortricidae from the mountains of Ecuador. 141 species are treated; 2 genera and 67 species are described as new and one new combination is proposed. These are: Henricus sangayanus sp. n., Saphenista pyrczi sp. n., Saphenista chanostium sp. n., Saphenista runtuna sp. n., Aethes albogrisea sp. n., Deltophalonia termasia sp. n., Acleris tungurahuae sp. n., Acleris supernova sp. n., Atrocenta gen. n., Atrocenta centrata sp. n., Anopinella yangana…
