A term boy was referred to our paediatric urology centre with ambiguous genitalia. He was noted to have the stigmata of popliteal ptrerygium syndrome including ankyloblepharon filiforme adnatum, alveolar synechiae, syndactyly of fingers and toes, large cleft palate, pits on lower lips and bilateral alveolar notches [1].
