Topical phenytoin in diabetic ulcers: a double blind controlled trial.


Data of 57 patients who completed the trial and 13 who did not, were analysed. With phenytoin, there was a marginal: increase in the reduction of mean ulcer area and acceleration of effect 3rd on 4th week.
