Abstract

Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) levels were assayed by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in microdissected organ of Corti (OC) from neonatal rats directly after isolation and after 3 days in culture with and without neomycin treatment.
