A Theory for the Term Structure of Interest Rates
The discretised theoretical distributions matching the empirical data from the Federal Reserve System are deduced from aDiscretised seed which enjoys remarkable scaling laws and may be used to develop new methods for the computation of the value-at-risk and fixed-income derivative pricing.
Heston ’ s Stochastic Volatility Model Implementation , Calibration and Some
To take into account leverage effect, Wiener stochastic processes W1, W2 should be correlated dW1 · dW2 = ρdt. The stochastic model (1.2) for the variance is related to the square-root process of
Stock Price Distributions with Stochastic Volatility: An Analytic Approach
We study the stock price distributions that arise when prices follow a diffusion process with a stochastically varying volatility parameter. We use analytic techniques to derive an explicit
A theory of the term structure of interest rates'', Econometrica 53, 385-407
AbstractThis paper uses an intertemporal general equilibrium asset pricing model to study the term structure of interest rates. In this model, anticipations, risk aversion, investment alternatives,
A Closed-Form Solution for Options with Stochastic Volatility with Applications to Bond and Currency Options
I use a new technique to derive a closed-form solution for the price of a European call option on an asset with stochastic volatility. The model allows arbitrary correlation between volatility and
The Pricing of Options on Assets with Stochastic Volatilities
One option-pricing problem which has hitherto been unsolved is the pricing of European call on an asset which has a stochastic volatility. This paper examines this problem. The option price is

The Pricing of Options and Corporate Liabilities
If options are correctly priced in the market, it should not be possible to make sure profits by creating portfolios of long and short positions in options and their underlying stocks. Using this
