Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura associated with a prolactin-producing pituitary adenoma.


We report here the case of a 44-year-old woman with thrombocytopenia, anemia, convulsions, hyperprolactinemia, and galactorrhea. The patient died of cardiac failure.
