Thrombin and bradykinin modulate prostaglandin synthetase independently of phospholipase.

Abstract

Thrombin and bardykinin stimulate prostaglandin production from exogenous arachidonic acid in 3T3 cells. The increase in PG production cannot be explained simply by the contribution from endogenous AA metabolism.
