In NG108-15 cells dialyzed with 10 mM ethylene glycolbis (beta-aminoethyl ether)-N,N,N',N'-tetraacetic acid (EGTA) or bis (o-aminophenoxy)-N,N,N',N'-tetraacetic acid (BAPTA), bradykinin (BK) selectively inhibited the N-type calcium current.
