Thermoacoustic imaging and spectroscopy for breast cancer detection applications

Abstract

Thermoacoustic imaging (TAI) is a promising hybrid modality for breast cancer detection utilizing the advantages of microwave and ultrasound. This paper presents a summary of our research work on TAI and spectroscopy for breast cancer detection.
