Abstract Polycrystalline samples of new Zn 1.75 Ti 0.75 Ga 0.5 O 4 , Zn 1.5 GaTi 0.5 O 4 , and Zn 1.75 Ti 0.75 Al 0.5 O 4 spinel were prepared by solid-state reactions. Phase analysis and structural investigations were carried out by powder X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy.
