Single chain fragment (ScFv) antiidiotypic antibodies (antilds) of a killer toxin (KT) from the yeast Pichia anomala have been produced by recombinant DNA methodology from the splenic lymphocytes of mice immunized by idiotypic vaccination with a KT-neutralizing monoclonal antibody (Mab KT4).
