CONCLUSION It is important to prevent regional lymph node recurrence and distant metastasis to achieve better survival of laryngeal cancer. OBJECTIVE Therapeutic outcomes of 130 cases with laryngeal cancer treated at Kyoto University Hospital between 1995 and 2004 were reviewed.
