The present article reports the first liquid chromatography (LC) assay for the simultaneous quantification of fluoxetine (FLU), its metabolite norfluoxetine (NFLU) and paroxetine (PAR) in human plasma, applying the microextraction by packed sorbent (MEPS) technology in sample preparation.
