OBJECTIVE To determine the factors influencing the consumption or avoidance of milk in women. SUBJECTS/SETTING One hundred women completed food frequency questionnaires and a milk attitudes questionnaire framed within the Theory of Reasoned Action and performed sensory evaluations of different milk samples.
