We report the outcome of a research project which has the goal to develop a theoretical framework that makes it possible to gain an advanced un- derstanding of employees' perceptions of technostress in organizations. [...] Key Method Specifically, we merged two major stress models based on cy- bernetics and integrated findings from previous technostress research into this unified framework.
