For unevenness between the response time and the injecting quantity of injectors,the paper presented a physical and mathematic model of high-pressure common-rail fuel injector.By simulation,it was found that the response time was closely related to the selection of structure parameters and controlling parameters.Test results show that the model could be used to analyzing the effects of injecting process that were caused by all kinds of parameters.
