We consider solutions to the linear wave equation $\Box_g\phi=0$ on a non-extremal maximally extended Schwarzschild-de Sitter spacetime arising from arbitrary smooth initial data prescribed on an arbitrary Cauchy hypersurface. (In particular, no symmetry is assumed on initial data, and the support of the solutions may contain the sphere of bifurcation of the black/white hole horizons and the cosmological horizons.) We prove that in the region bounded by a set of black/white hole horizons and… Expand
Linear waves on constant radius limits of cosmological black hole spacetimes
In this paper we consider the Klein-Gordon equation on spherically symmetric background spacetimes with a constant area radius. The spacetimes under consideration are Nariai and Pleba\'nski-Hacyan,Expand
Decay of Axisymmetric Solutions of the Wave Equation on Extreme Kerr Backgrounds

Proof of linear instability of the Reissner–Nordström Cauchy horizon under scalar perturbations
It has long been suggested that solutions to linear scalar wave equation $$\Box_g\phi=0$$ on a fixed subextremal Reissner-Nordstr\"om spacetime with non-vanishing charge are generically singular atExpand
Bounded Energy Waves on the Black Hole Interior of Reissner–Nordström–de Sitter
