To determine differences in microbial community structure, phospholipid fatty acids (PL-FA) from rhizosphere bacteria of two different wheat cultivars Triticum aestivum L. (cv. Bohouth-6 and cv. Salamouni) were extracted and analyzed by gas chromatography.
