In view of suggestions for the application of more qualitative and interpretive approaches to information systems research, this article describes the use of RepGrids to gather interview data about information systems analysts. In the light of the objectives of a specific research project, various techniques are considered. Analysis of the techniques in relation to specific research project objectives leads to the adoption of a form of Kelly's RepGrid technique for the specific project… CONTINUE READING
