The ultrastructural morphology of the eosinophil was studied in specimens of peripheral blood from normal adult camels and those with eosinophilia. Specific granules were extremely polymorphic. The specific granules exhibited the basic structure of an electron-dense crystalloid core surrounded by a lighter, homogeneous matrix.
