Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis are commonly thought of as inflammatory diseases that affect younger individuals. Although the initial presentation of these diseases is common in a patients twenties or thirties, they usually persist for the duration of the patients life.
