UNLABELLED Neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus (NPSLE) is one of the most difficult manifestations of lupus to diagnose. Measurement of serum brain antibodies has contributed to early diagnosis and management of NPSLE before development of a debilitating disease.
