Abstract

Bacteriophage Phi6 contains three dsRNA genomic segments L, M, and S. The RNA is located inside a core particle composed of multiple copies of a major structural protein, an RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, a hexameric NTPase, and an auxiliary protein.
