In this issue of the AJNR, Ito et al report a case in which hypertension, convulsions, visual disturbances, and unconsciousness developed while the patient underwent therapy with cisplatin. T2-weighted MR images showed bilateral increased signal intensity within the white matter of the frontoparietal lobes, which reversed after antieplieptic therapy and control of hypertension.
