OBJECTIVE We examined structural relationships between anterior mesh kit suspension points and the upper vagina in women with normal support. STUDY DESIGN Eleven women with normal support underwent supine, multiplanar magnetic resonance pelvic imaging at rest and maximal Valsalva.
