BACKGROUND Neuroblastoma is the second most common malignant tumor of childhood. With the increasing use of ultrasound, prenatal recognition of this tumor is becoming more common. CASE A 33-year-old woman presented at 38 weeks' gestation. A mass at the level of the left fetal renal pole was identified upon ultrasonography. Color Doppler and flow mapping were also evaluated.
