Background: Nanostructured mesoporous SBA-15 silica is a particle that due to its physicochemical properties shows great potential as an immune adjuvant. The present study evaluated the responsiveness of isogenic BALB/c mice orally immunized with Human Gama Globulin (HGG) encapsulated/adsorbed on SBA-15.
