Chromosomal DNA replication is one of the most fundamental biological events, a all cell or organism 孔道春,北京大学生命科学学院、北大 清华生命科学联合中心教授, 973 项目首席科学家,现任全国酵母协会会长。孔道春教授长期从事 DNA 代谢研究,包括真核细胞 DNA 复制起始、复制叉稳定性维持、DNA 复制 叉里的 DNA 合成反应、DNA 重组、DNA 损伤修复及细胞周期检验点 (checkpoint) 调控等方面的分子机制研究。孔道春教授及其团队在真核细胞 DNA 复制起始、DNA 复制源的结构及起始位点的选择、 复制叉稳定性的 维持、复制叉里的 DNA 合成反应-冈崎片段的成熟、DNA 重组及双链 DNA 断裂修复等方面,有突破性的发现,相关成果将陆续发表。该实验 室的研究方向包括 :(1) 真核细胞 DNA 复制起始的具体机制及其调控 ;(2) 真核细胞 DNA 复制叉稳定性的维持;(3) S 期细胞周期检验点在 DNA 代 谢中的作用;(4) DNA… CONTINUE READING
