Sinus augmentation with various bone graft materials may be required in the posterior maxilla. This study compared bone formation in a lateral window sinus augmentation with recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein 2/acellular collagen sponge (rhBMP-2/ACS) combined with Bio-Oss or Bio-Oss graft alone.
