Previous post-mortem and structural magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) studies in patients with alcohol dependence have demonstrated abnormalities of brain white matter. The present study investigated the microstructural integrity in the corpus callosum and the associations of this integrity with neurobehavioral assessments.
