The microbiology of cooked prawns and shrimps on retail sale.

Abstract

In an inter-laboratory survey, 148 samples of cooked prawns and shrimps were obtained at the point of sale to the consumer. Salmonellae and Vibrio parahaemolyticus were not detected.
