A micro-focus reduction neutralization test (mFRNT) was evaluated as an alternative test to the ordinary plaque reduction neutralization test (PRNT) for the determination of dengue virus and Japanese encephalitis virus neutralizing antibody responses in persons receiving dengue vaccine.
