The limitations of polytetrafluoroethylene in the reconstruction of femoropopliteal and tibial arteries.


During a three year period, 100 patients underwent femoropopliteal or tibial polytetrafluoroethylene bypass grafts. The indication for operation was limb salvage in 75 patients.
