Abstract Sheep erythrocytes carrying 100–200 SAC′ la,4 (rabbit antibody and guinea pig complement) were labelled with 86 Rb and treated with varying dilutions of guinea pig C′2 at 30°C. At the peak of SAC't' la, 4,2a generation, C′-EDTA was added and kinetic sampling was begun by means of a simple filtration technique for rapid separation of cells from medium.
