The complete primary structure of five chymotrypsin/elastase isoinhibitors isolated from Ascaris lumbricoides was determined by conventional methods. These structures represent the first sequence set for the Ascaris inhibitor family. All five isoinhibitors are single-chain polypeptides crosslinked by five disulfide bridges.
