Reserpin, Prenylamin, Chlorpromazin und Imipramin hemmen sowohl die Geschwindigkeit der Calcium-Aufnahme als auch die der Calcium-induzierten Extra-ATP-Spaltung an isolierten Vesikelmembranen des sarkoplasmatischen Reticulums von quergestreifter Muskulatur des Kaninchens.
