Three isolates of Saccharomyces spp (Sc.N-2, N-7, and G-9) were isolated from traditional yeast product samples in the first experiment. Hence, the current research was conducted in order to implement isolate Saccharomyces spp. N-2 culture for fermenting of rice bran to increase rice bran quality and growth performance of male Bali duckling up to eight weeks of age.
