The impact of insulin resistance on the outcome of IVF or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) was examined. Insulin sensitivity was measured by the continuous infusion of glucose with model assessment (CIGMA) test.
