A computer driven interactive visual display system is being used by line managers in an on-going business setting in the Westinghovise Electric Corporation. This use has allowed us to collect some evidence on the impact on management decision-making. The paper describes the components of the system, the problem area in which it is used, and the impact it has had on the planning process itself.
