PURPOSE To determine how algorithms for ideal body weight (IBW) affect hydroxychloroquine dosing in women. METHODS This was a retrospective study of 520 patients screened for hydroxychloroquine retinopathy. Charts were reviewed for sex, height, weight, and daily dose.
