Primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma (PMBL) is a distinct subtype of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) that shows overlap with classical Hodgkin lymphoma (CHL) and a favorable prognosis compared to mediastinal gray-zone lymphoma (MGZL).
