The speciesSaccharomyces heterogenicus Osterwalder,Saccharomyces steineri Lodder et Kreger-van Rij,Saccharomyces pastorianus Hansen,Saccharomyces bayanus Saccardo andSaccharomyces willianus Saccardo were compared.
