A new pontoniine shrimp species, Eupontonia nudirostris sp. nov. (Crustacea: Decapoda: Palaemonidae: Pontoniinae), was found in association with the thalassematid spoon worm Listriolobus sp. (Echiura: Thalassematidae) in the mangrove littoral of Dam Bay of Tre Island, Nhatrang Bay, Vietnam. This is the first record of an association between symbiotic pontoniine shrimp and spoon worm as their host. The new shrimp species clearly differs from other representatives of the genus Eupontonia Bruce…

A new species of the genus Liljeborgia Spence Bate, 1862 (Crustacea: Amphipoda: Liljeborgiidae) associated with the burrows of the spoon worm Urechis unicinctus in the Sea of Japan

A new symbiotic species of liljeborgiid amphipods is described from the burrows of the spoon worm Urechis unicinctus in the southern part of Peter the Great Bay and Posjeta Bay in the Sea of Japan.

Complete morphological re-description of mud-dwelling axiid Leonardsaxius amurensis (Kobjakova, 1937) with remarks on Axiidae (Crustacea: Decapoda: Axiidea) from the Russian coast of the Sea of Japan.

The first complete re-description of mud-dwelling axiid Leonardsaxius amurensis (Kobjakova, 1937) is presented based on the holotype and freshly collected specimens from Vostok Bay, Russia coast of the Sea of Japan.

Diversity and Long-Term Dynamics of the Macrobenthos in a Mangrove Plantation and Two Natural Associations of Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam

During the monitoring period, the composition and structure of the macrobenthos of mangrove plantations were gradually approaching to those in the mature natural mangroves association in Nha Phu, however, significant differences still remain between these associations after ten years of observing the growth ofMangrove seedlings.

Hidden burrow associates: macrosymbiotic assemblages of subtidal deep-burrowing invertebrates in the northern part of the Sea of Japan

This study is the first in comprehensively exploring the diversity of the macrosymbiotic communities associated with the dominant subtidal deep-burrowing invertebrates from the southern part of the Russian coast of the Sea of Japan, represented by the species of the genera Upogebia Leach, 1814 and Urechis Seitz, 1907.
