The domain decomposition method (DDM) and finite-element method (FEM) are developed for numerical solution of bistatic scattering from the composite model of a ship on and a target above a two-dimensional (2-D) randomly rough sea surface under an electromagnetic (EM) wave incidence at low grazing angle.
